Taxation have issued in order to reduce uncertainties regarding the Implementation Regulations for China’s new Corporate Income Tax Law.

the Federal Council published its proposal for a further far-reaching revision of the legislation relating to equities and accounting on December 21, 2007.
In this seminar we normally focus on court rulings that affect statutory auditors, and case examples of auditors’ statements on overindebtedness.
