Les entreprises effectuent pour la première fois la réconciliation des comptes selon les IFRS avec les US GAAP. A cette occasion, nous avons examiné les informations fournies par 130 des plus grandes entreprises au monde. Nous avons identifié puis analysé près de 200 différences entre les IFRS et les US GAAP, discuté les règles initiales d’adoption des IFRS et porté une attention toute particulière à la situation dans les domaines suivants: transports aériens, chimie, services financiers, mines, pétrole et gaz, industrie pharmaceutique, télécommunications et services aux collectivités.
