Schweiz – staatliche Förderung: Am 13. Februar 2007 haben die Europäische Kommission und die Schweiz Stellungnahmen in Bezug auf die Nachhaltigkeit der Steuersysteme gewisser Schweizer Kantone publiziert. Die Kommission behauptet, dass die Schweizer Steuersysteme eine illegale staatliche Förderung darstellen. Die Schweizer Regierung weist diesen Vorwurf zurück. Steuerzahler werden die Entwicklung dieser ungelösten Streitfrage, die bestimmt noch einige Jahre für Diskussionen sorgen wird, aufmerksam mitverfolgen.

Suisse – Aide gouvernementale: le 13 février 2007, la Commission européenne et la Suisse ont émis des avis quant à la viabilité des régimes fiscaux de certains cantons suisses. Selon la Commission européenne, les régimes fiscaux suisses constitueraient une aide gouvernementale illégale. Cette allégation est contestée par le gouvernement suisse. Les contribuables devront rester attentifs à l’évolution de cette question qui n’est pas encore résolue et qui risque bien de le rester encore pendant quelques années.

Switzerland – State Aid: On 13 February 2007, the European Commission and Switzerland issued statements regarding the sustainability of certain Swiss cantonal tax regimes. The Commission argues that the Swiss regimes constitute illegal state aid. The Swiss government disagrees.
