Bei dieser Studie wurden Verantwortliche für IT und Beschaffung in grossen globalen Unternehmen befragt, ob sie den Kauf von IT-Diensten von Telekomanbietern in Betracht ziehen würden. Die Untersuchung ergab, dass die Hälfte der Befragten der Meinung sind, dass die Telekomanbieter bei ihrer zentralen Kompetenz bleiben sollten - dem Netzwerk. Es bestehen jedoch grosse Möglichkeiten für Telekomanbieter, wenn sie ihre IT-Dienste sorgfältig auf die Zielgruppen abstimmen. (Englisch)
